Long Time
Jeez. It has been a really long time since I have posted anything. Well, I went to Skatelab a little while ago. It was super fun. The day we went it was about 106. So it was nice to stay inside. The 1st little area you walk into was fun. It had some small down bars and pyramids that were fun. But the other room was more fun. With the roll-in th euro-gap. That was really fun so I rode that for a long time and got a kickflip on that. Then the small flatter gap over on the side was really fun too. But probably the best part of the whole thing was the pool. The transitions were a little quick and the wood was alittle slow, but it was still really fun. There were some small kids getting some major backside airs on the deep end. Overall it was a fun session. Outside of the park was fun also, but I didn't spend much time there seeing as it was so hot. All of the mini ramps were fun though and I got some new tricks. It was in general and very fun session. I didn't really learn anything new, but I had fun skating the park. I sure it will be more fun once I get better.

Vans
What's up!!! I have been still super busy lately!!! Haven"t gotten to skate that much. However...I have been to Clairemont and Vans. Clairemont was fun like usual. I can now boardslide shuv it out of the bank to bar close to the pool. And I learned some new mini tricks. But Vans was also really fun. We got there and I headed for that hidden little mini. It is perfect as always. I mastered the tricks I learned at Clairemont there. Then I hit the bigger mini for awhile. Over all it was fun. My wheels don't really grip that much, so I didn't hit the bowl that much. But overall it was fun and I hope to go back soon. More posts to come sooner.

1st Weekend of August
Well, this last weekend was pretty great. I went and skated at the Coronado Skatepark. That was awesome!! The transitions there are more streetish, and they have some really fun bowls. I put a rail down the pyramid and made it a down rail. Then I hit my 1st down rail. I got Backboard to Fakie and Backboard to Normal. I tried Frontboards but just couldn't commit. Then I tried a new skatepark. The Woodglen Vista Skatepark. It was awesome!! The only issue is that you can't just pay for a session. It is 20 bucks for a full year membership. I paid it and skated the park. The entire park is fine, but the best part is a small 8/9 stair. It is technically an 8 stair, but there is a big crack just before the takeoff and a huge crack about a foot after the 1st step, so to clear it, it is basically a 9 stair. I ollied that. And there is a perfect down rail. It is super small and mellow. I just couldn't bring myself to hit it and I can't get back there soon enough to try it!!!! i would try it right now if i could!!! Anyways, it was an awesome weekend. Video to come.
